Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneDollar Web provides an AI-powered platform for generating, customizing, hosting, and publishing websites ("the Service"). Features include AI-driven code generation, project management, one-click deployment, and optional custom domain support. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

OneDollar Web offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. AI Token Usage and Limits

The Service uses AI models to generate website code. Each generation consumes tokens. Token usage is tracked per account per billing month. Free and Basic plans have monthly token limits. Exceeding your token limit will restrict AI generation until the limit resets. Pro plan subscribers have substantially higher limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust token allocations at any time with notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, host, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service at scale
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated websites. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform: The OneDollar Web platform, brand, logo, code, design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting and infrastructure), Google (OAuth authentication), and Anthropic (AI generation). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONEDOLLAR WEB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
